Joe is a licensed architect in California, Arizona and Nevada and holds an NCARB certificate, a Bachelor of Architecture, and a Masters Degree in Urban and Regional Planning. He has been in continuous practice for more than 35 years. Joe’s main responsibilities include development of contract document databases, oversight of technical analysis and production, and interaction with Prime Contractors to advance technical conformance. Joe is an expert in building science and has continuing project experience in building envelope performance, detailing for success, and quality control of documents and field conditions.
