Steve Cyr
Senior Associate

Steve has over 30 years of construction industry experience including projects located in California, Colorado and Oklahoma. He served as Principal Architect in his own firm for 6 years, responsible for all aspects of professional practice.

In his current role as Senior Associate, Project Manager and Project Architect Steve is responsible for contract origination and monitoring, directing technical staff, confirming project scope and deliverables, team and client communication and consultant management. Steve is also involved in peer review services concerning design and construction drawings to address subgrade waterproofing, roofs, balconies, windows and doors, and other construction related issues.
